Contact Group

The Carers Contact Group is a friendly relaxed group of carers who meet to support one another by sharing with others who understand. Carole Lenton, our Carers Development Worker attends to support the groups with extra information as needed. The Group will meet on the first Tuesday of the month.

The drop-in support group has been changed to the CAHB SUPPORT GROUP.
This will be based at CAHB meeting room 10am - 12pm on the first Tuesday of the month.
Based on your information from the evaluation forms returned there will now be a speaker each month.
The support group offers benefits both to and from participants. Sharing ideas and experiences is often useful to everyone involved.
Do please let us know if you are planning to attend so that we can give the guest speakers an idea of numbers in order for them to be better prepared.
