Carers Forums

The quarterly Carers Forum provides an informal opportunity for carers to gain new information and to raise issues with professionals who can make a difference. There is also the opportunity to share their experiences with other carers. The Forum normally has one or two short talks on specific subjects together with a number of stands from relevant organisations. Light refreshments are provided.

The next Forum will be in September - date and location to be finalised.

Carers Event 2008

Greg Drozdz, Chief Executive of Voluntary Action H&B, on behalf of the Neighbourhood and Stronger Communities presents Christine Armitage with a bouquet of flowers and a certificate for "Earl Shilton Carer 2008."

Carole Lenton, Carers Development Worker fot the Carers Project H&B presents Jackie Hammersley with a bouquet of flowers for being their "Linkworker of the Year."
Jackie is a practice nurse based at the Maples Surgery.
